Bill of Lading Types
The Scrap Dragon program supports the use of multiple types of Bills of Lading. You must name each type of Bill of Lading that you will be using. This is done in Back Office; Maintenance; Setup; User Definable Tables, as illustrated in the following screen:
These names will be used when setting up a sales contract. Once you have established the names for the different Bills of Lading that you will be using, it is necessary to define the print parameters at each computer that will be printing Bills of Lading. This id done in Back Office; Maintenance; Setup; Local Computer Options; Sell Printing tab.
When you press the 'Bill of Lading Setup' button the setup screen will be displayed. The List tab shows all of the Bill of Lading types that have been defined to print on this computer.
To add or edit click on the Details tab. The following screen is displayed.
Select from the standard Bill of Lading names and then designate the printer, report, copies and lines.
